As a ShipNet Software Administrator, you will be responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of the ShipNet software.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the ShipNet software environment, including installation, configuration, and updates.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for ShipNet-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Customize and configure ShipNet modules to align with business needs.
- Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements.
- Train end-users on ShipNet functionalities and provide ongoing support.
- Collaborate with vendors for technical support and software updates.
- Ensure data integrity and security within the ShipNet system.
- Document processes, configurations, and procedures related to ShipNet administration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience with ShipNet software administration or similar ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of industry operations and workflows.
- Proficiency in SQL and database management related to ShipNet.
- Familiarity with network and server management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with various teams.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
