ShipNet Software Administrator

As a ShipNet Software Administrator, you will be responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of the ShipNet software.

• Manage and maintain the ShipNet software environment, including installation, configuration, and updates.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for ShipNet-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Customize and configure ShipNet modules to align with business needs.
• Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements.
• Train end-users on ShipNet functionalities and provide ongoing support.
• Collaborate with vendors for technical support and software updates.
• Ensure data integrity and security within the ShipNet system.
• Document processes, configurations, and procedures related to ShipNet administration.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience with ShipNet software administration or similar ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of industry operations and workflows.
• Proficiency in SQL and database management related to ShipNet.
• Familiarity with network and server management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with various teams.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
