My client is actively recruiting a Google Ads Specialist to assist in expanding the internet presence of their company. We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled individual with proven success managing Pay Per Click Campaigns.

About the Role
We are looking for a skilled PPC Specialist with expertise in Google Ads and a strong background in managing campaigns for the U.S. market in the BigTech sector. This role requires a strategic and data-driven approach to deliver effective campaigns, optimize ad performance, and ensure the highest ROI for our IT products
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage Google Ads campaigns to drive qualified traffic and conversions for the U.S. market.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research to build effective keyword strategies tailored to the B2B IT sector.
- Write and test compelling ad copy to maximize click-through rates (CTR) and conversions.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns using metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROI.
- Create and execute A/B testing strategies for ads and landing pages to enhance performance.
- Manage budgets effectively to ensure maximum ROI and adherence to campaign objectives.
- Generate performance reports with insights and recommendations for improvements.
- Stay updated on Google Ads trends and best practices to ensure our campaigns remain competitive and effective.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field (preferred).
- Mandatory proven experience with Google Ads and PPC campaigns, specifically for the U.S. market in the B2B IT sector.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and other data analysis tools.
- Strong understanding of SEM and SEO principles, especially in B2B IT.
- Excellent analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
- Effective communication skills for reporting to stakeholders and collaborating with internal teams.
Google Ads certification is a plus.
Skills
- You must be able to understand our services, analyze market and competition, and provide an on-line advertising strategy for a national campaign.
- You must be able to provide a strategic plan specific to our services on how to optimize our PPC campaign and be able to carry it out.
- You must have experience writing, testing, analyzing, and optimizing ads to maximize our traffic, conversion rate, and minimize our cost per conversion.
- You must have a thorough understanding of Google AdWords, Microsoft Bing and all other Pay Per Click platform opportunities.
- Should be able to generate specific KPI’s and report on them
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work in a performance-driven environment.
- Proven ability to work independently in a deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to collaborate with remote teams.
- Action-oriented, with a proven track record of taking initiative with minimal supervision
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven thinking
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Verifiable success working within a remote environment is a plus
- Self motivated
