Responsibilities
- Business administration of Windchill PDMLink:
- Administering user accounts and groups, setting access rights
- Maintain cabinets, teams, workflow adjustments
- User day-by-day support with Windchill usage
- CAD users support with Creo Parametric and Windchill workspaces
- Writing user guides for working with the system
- Administration of design and manufacturing catalogs in PDM system (reference data, data entry into the system upon request)
- Exchange of documentation with other PDM systems of the group of companies
- Participation in master data management project (item master classification)
Requirements
- Knowledge of PTC Windchill PDMLink (any version) at the level of an advanced user or administrator
- Knowledge of Creo Parametric or PROEngineer at the level of an advanced user is preferred
- Experience with multiple standards of design and manufacturing documentation (GOST, ANSI, ISO etc) is preferred
- English and Russian speaking
