US-based leading provider of SaaS solutions in IT Service Management is seeking a skilled and motivated L3 Technical Support Engineer to join our team on a remote, contract basis.

What You'll Do:

  • In this role you will provide advanced technical support for our proprietary software products to primarily English-speaking clients.
  • The core requirement for this position is advanced scripting proficiency.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities are essential, and familiarity with database management systems is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced technical support for the company’s products, resolving complex customer issues.
  • Develop automation scripts to optimize technical support processes.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to software, systems, and networks.
  • Analyze data using SQL queries and resolve database-related questions.
  • Document solutions and update the knowledge base.
  • Communicate with clients and colleagues in English, providing clear and effective solutions.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in technical support, preferably at L2 or L3 levels.
  • Excellent proficiency in at least one scripting language or/or (Python, PowerShell, JavaScript).
  • Knowledge of SQL and experience working with RDBMS.
  • Skills in integrating with third-party APIs.
  • Familiarity with modern web technologies and troubleshooting network issues.
  • Experience working with Windows, Linux, and/or macOS.
  • Fluent in both English and Russian.

Advantages:

  • Experience in software development support.
  • Experience with Jira or Bugzilla.
