Information Security Engineer (Moscow/UAE/Turkey)

We're seeking a skilled, proactive, and qualified Information Security Engineer who can independently develop and implement effective security measures for our company’s systems, data, and networks. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in security operations, risk assessment, and compliance, along with a strong technical background in security tools and best practices.

• Implement and maintain security policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
• Implement Security systems DLP, SIEM, MDM from scratch.
• Monitor, detect, and respond to security incidents, investigating potential threats and vulnerabilities.
• Conduct risk assessments and security audits, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures.
• Work with IT and development teams to ensure secure system configurations and coding practices.
• Manage security tools such as SIEM, firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, and vulnerability management solutions.
• Assist in the development and execution of security awareness training programs.
• Stay up to date with emerging cybersecurity threats and recommend necessary controls and mitigations.
• Support compliance initiatives related to frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, or other applicable regulations.

• 5-8 years of experience in information security or cybersecurity roles.
• Strong understanding of security principles, threat intelligence, and incident response methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with security technologies such as firewalls, DLP, SIEM, MDM, IPS, EDR, and vulnerability scanners.
• Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Travel Requirements

• You will be responsible for several offices located in Moscow, the UAE, and Turkey. Willingness to travel is essential.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or Security+ are a plus.

Languages:

• Fluency in Russian is required; proficiency in English sufficient for work duties.
