Growth Marketing Manager (Mobile App Promotion)

About the Project:

We are developing a mobile app for parents to track their child’s development, receive helpful tips, engage in games and exercises, and monitor growth and nutrition. The app is designed for an international market, primarily targeting U.S., South America, Southeast Asia, Europe.

We are looking for a marketing specialist to build a marketing strategy from scratch, attract the first users, and drive audience growth.

🔹 Develop and implement a marketing plan for app promotion.
🔹 Launch and optimize advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads – Instagram/Facebook, display and search advertising).
🔹 ASO (App Store Optimization) – optimizing the app for Google Play and the App Store.
🔹 Conduct market and competitor analysis, test hypotheses for user acquisition.
🔹 Work with analytics: set up Google Analytics, Firebase, Amplitude, AppsFlyer, or other tracking tools.
🔹 Develop strategies for user acquisition through SMM, partnerships, influencers, and PR.
🔹 Set up a user acquisition and retention funnel.
🔹 Monitor advertising campaign effectiveness and make regular adjustments.
🔹 Collaborate with designers and developers to enhance marketing materials and user experience.

✅ 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably with mobile apps.
✅ Proficiency in mobile app marketing tools (ASO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube).
✅ Experience with analytics systems (Google Analytics, Firebase, AppsFlyer, Adjust, etc.).
✅ Understanding of traffic acquisition and conversion strategies (CPI, CPA, LTV, ROAS).
✅ Experience in content marketing and influencer collaborations is a plus.
✅ Ability to manage budgets, test hypotheses, and maximize ROI.
✅ Fluent in English (for ad setup and international market analysis).
✅ Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to grow the product alongside the team.
