Director of Operations (International / Multi-Country) International Beauty Network

We are seeking a Director of Operational Development to establish and launch a management company. The role will develop the business model, build the organizational and financial structures, implement management standards, and drive the business' scaling into international markets.

Responsible for:

• standardising salon processes
• launching and overseeing new countries
• salon unit economics
• service quality and brand standards

• Experience scaling multi-site businesses (retail / HoReCa / beauty / wellness)

• Proven track record in creating and launching a management company to market

• Experience negotiating with partners and investors; skills in OPEX optimisation

• Portfolio of reference cases / documented successes

• Experience working across different countries and cultures

• Building standards, procedures and KPIs

• Understanding salon unit economics

• Launching sites from scratch

• Managing local teams

• Fixed salary + expat package + performance‑linked remuneration, equity stake in the project / bonuses tied to scaling results.
